Outlook Safelink Decoder

Microsoft Defender's Safe Links wraps every URL in outgoing/incoming mail behind a *.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=... redirect. Paste the wrapped link to recover the original destination — nothing is fetched, this just decodes the url query parameter locally.
