YAML Validator

Validates a common YAML subset — block/flow mappings and sequences, quoted/unquoted scalars, comments. Not supported: anchors/aliases (&/*), multi-document files, block scalars (|/>), and custom tags. If your YAML uses those, treat a failure here as inconclusive rather than "wrong."
