このツールについて

This is an approximation, not an exact count. A precise token count needs the actual model's tokenizer (OpenAI's tiktoken, Anthropic's own vocabulary, etc.) — those are large, model-specific vocabulary files this tool doesn't bundle. The estimate below uses the commonly-cited rule of thumb for English text (~4 characters or ~0.75 words per token); it will be noticeably less accurate for code, non-English text, or lots of punctuation/whitespace.
